(1) Disassembly of main change gears(main speed shift),part of sub-change gears(speed range shift)
and shifters.

a. Remove the tightening bolts and pull out the
assembly of the space metal(18)
b.Pull out assembly of the reverse shifter
metal,main speed shift gears,and shifters
rearwards by tapping it with a plastic hammer.
Note:
Take care not allow the gear to drop as it is free
when the above assemble is removed.
c.Remove the shift stays from the shift metal
and remove the gears assemblies as shown
Fig.5-29.
d. Remove bearings and gears from each shaft.
