43. Remove the trunnion plate (60) from the front square lug
of the telescope cylinder (6) (left and right sides) (see
Figure 4-12).
44. Remove the bolt (99), lock washer (25), and shaft
weldment (98) securing the sheave guard weldment (97)
and sheave assembly (96) to the rear of tele 2 (3) (left
and right sides) (see Figure 4-13).
45. Coil the four tele 3 retract cables (65) and set them on
top of the telescope cylinder (6).
46. Remove the two tele 4 extend cables (109, 110) from the
holes in the rear of tele 2 (3) (left and right sides) (see
Figure 4-14).
47. Extend tele 3 (4) one-quarter of the way out of tele 2 (3).
48. Remove the two bolts (58), four washers (16), two lock
washers (17), and two nuts (18) securing the stop block
(56) to the front of tele 2 (3) (left and right sides) (see
Figure 4-15).
