10. Press and turn the O-ring/kin-ring into position in the
housing.
11. Draw the inner and outer parts of the assembly tool out
of the steering unit bore, leaving the guide from the inner
part in the bore (Figure 10-42).
12. Lubricate the lip seal with hydraulic oil and place it on the
assembly tool (Figure 10-43).
13. Insert the assembly tool fully to the bottom. Press and
turn the lip seal into place in the housing (Figure 10-44).
14. With a light turning movement, guide the spool and
sleeve into the bore. Fit the spool assembly holding the
cross pin horizontal (Figure 10-45).
15. The spool assembly will push out the assembly tool
guide. The O-ring and kin-ring/roto Glyd are now in
position (Figure 10-46).
16. Turn the steering unit until the bore is vertical again. Put
the check valve ball into the hole shown (Figure 10-47).
