7. TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1 Handle
Problem Possible cause Remedy
The handle does
not turn on.
The handle is in “Sleep
mode”.
Re-activate by putting it in the
charger.
The battery is
completely down.
Put the handle in the charger for
a complete charging cycle.
The plug head is
getting loose.
Tighten the plug head.
No reaction if the
button near the
capsule is pressed.
Electrical problem
Turn off the handle, then keep
the working button pressed five
seconds over the Long press
( blue)
The handle enters the menu,
select the "Sleep mode" page,
activate the function and save
( blue). Place the handle
on the charger to start charging.
If the problem persists contact
Marposs.
The button is sticky Mechanical problems Contact Marposs.
The handle is not
charging
Metal plate not present Paste metal plate (see ref. 7 in
Figure 2-1).
