Problem Possible cause Remedy
No LED is lit. No power. Check the connection to
the power supply
Red LED is lit. Foreign object detected. Remove any object from
the stand. If the problem
persists contact Marposs.
WARNING:
The object might be hot.
Green LED is lit even
after placing the handle
inside
Handle malfunction
detection.
Contact Marposs.
Blue LED is lit even after
removing the handle.
Handle malfunction
detection.
If the LED does not turn
off within 5 seconds,
contact Marposs.
