SECURING FIREPLACE TO FLOOR
The replace must be secured to the oor and/or to framing studs as shown in Figure 10. Use two (2) wood screws or
masonry/ concrete screws to secure replace to the oor. Use four (4) screws to attach replace to framing. The side brackets
are adjustable from 1/2" to 5/8" to accommodate different thickness of noncombustible material.
The fireplace must be installed giving full
consideration to the clearance and height
requirements identified in this manual.
