Seats
Seat backrest tilt
Press switch forward or backward in
direction of arrow 3 until your arms
are slightly angled when holding the
steering wheel.
Seat fore and aft adjustment
Press switch forward or backward in
direction of arrow 4.
Seat cushion tilt
Press switch up or down in direction
of arrow 5 until your upper legs are
lightly supported.
Rear seat adjustment (Maybach 62)
Switch on ignition ( page 54).

Open the respective door.

Tilt the seat backrest to the rear for
easier removal and installation of the
head restraints.

The functions for adjusting backrest
tilt and seat fore and aft are linked
functions. When the seat is adjusted
fore and aft, the backrest tilt is ad-
justed simultaneously, and vice versa.

When moving the seat, be sure that
there are no items in the footwell or
behind the seats. Otherwise you
could damage the seats.

To adjust settings for the right rear
passenger seat, make sure the right
rear passenger seat adjustment but-
ton is selected (
page 135)

When leaving the vehicle, always remove
the SmartKey or SmartKey with
KEYLESS-GO** from the starter switch,
take it with you, and lock the vehicle.
The seats can also be operated with the re-
spective door open. Do not leave children
unattended in the vehicle, or with access
to an unlocked vehicle. Unsupervised use
of vehicle equipment may cause an acci-
dent and/or serious personal injury.
