For your safety, make sure the power supply is unplugged to prevent injury and damage.
Clean the debris trapped in the impeller, according to the following steps:
If you notice debris trapped in the impeller (underwater propeller):

WARNING
6.3 Cleaning the impeller
Squeeze 2 black tabs together
to remove the exhaust manifold. Pull it
towards the filter basket niche.
Clean the impeller. Return the
manifold until it clicks, then place the
filter basket back in its niche.

Unplug the power supply to
prevent injury.
Lift the filter cover and remove
the filter basket.
