2. Push the safety catch to the left and
lift the hood.

3. Use the support rod to hold the
hood open.
Before closing the hood, secure the
rod in its clip.

To close the hood:
• Check under the hood area to make
certain all filler caps are in place
and all loose items (e.g. tools, oil
containers, etc.) have been
removed.
• Close the hood so that it locks
securely.
