What to do if MED-EL Hearing Aid audio processor does not respond to FineTuner Echo commands?

If your MED-EL Hearing Aid's audio processor isn't responding to FineTuner Echo commands, several factors could be the cause. It might be out of range, switched off, have a dead battery, or experience interference from other electronic devices. Try moving the FineTuner Echo closer to your ear and attempt to switch settings again. If the pairing process was unsuccessful, follow the instructions in chapter FineTuner Echo, Using the FineTuner Echo for the first time. If the problem persists, it could be due to an unexpected event. Try again, and if it still fails, contact your healthcare provider or local MED?EL representative.
