Appendix B:
Wavetables
The wavetables are stored in WAV le format. Each
waveform is encoded in 2048 samples, and there can be
from 1 to 256 waveforms.
The bit depth of the WAV le may be 16 or 24 bit.
The waveform’s 2048 samples is usually just one cycle
of the waveform. Nina assumes this, and the waveform is
automatically resampled to the pitch of the notes played.
NOTE: The maximum number of wavetables you can
load at one time is 127. This includes factory loaded
wavetables. When adding new wavetables, ensure that
your new set + factory wavetables combined does not
exceed 127. To make space for new wavetables use the
Wavetable Management feature (page 42) to scan and
remove unused wavetables
