9 Preparing hot water
Prerequisite: The appliance must be ready for operation (see
89 „Switching on and o“ ).
Take o the milk canister and place a tall vessel under the milk shower.
• Turn the rotary switch for the milk shower (Fig. A, no. 11) clock-
wise to open the milk shower.
→ The symbol for the milk shower is ashing. Approximately 90 ml
of hot water ows out of the milk shower and into the vessel. You
can conclude this process at anytime by closing the milk shower.
• Turn the rotary switch for the milk shower anti-clockwise to close
the milk shower.
• Repeat the process if the desired quantity of hot water has not
been reached.
