NOTE: Requires DSP resources for voice calls (see “DSP Resources” on page 4-21).
• Interoperability with other channelized digital interface cards:
- Can be installed and operated on a unit that has one or more single/dual port
T1/E1 or legacy E1 interface cards installed in the other slots.
- Cannot be installed on a unit that has one or more legacy T1 interface
cards installed in another slot.
Workaround: Substitute a dual port T1/E1 interface card for the T1 interface,
and configure it for T1 operations.
