Final Fuel Filter
!
WARNING
Fuel is flammable and explosive. Ensure the key switch is off and
the lanyard is positioned so that the engine cannot start. Do not
smoke or allow sources of spark or open flame in the area while
servicing. Keep the work area well ventilated and avoid
prolonged exposure to vapors. Always check for leaks before
attempting to start the engine and wipe up any spilled fuel
immediately.
1. Disconnect the fuel line at the outlet side of the fuel filter.

2. Disassemble the fuel filter assembly by unscrewing the filter
outlet from the fuel filter cannister.
3. Remove the filter element and O‑ring from the filter outlet and
discard. Do not remove the spring from the cannister unless
replacement is necessary.
4. Apply High Pressure grease sparingly to the O‑ring and
threads of the outlet and fuel line fitting.
