lampdoesnotextinguishorilluminatesduringdriving,it
indicatesanairbagrestraintsystemfaulthasbeendetected,
thenanaudiblewarningwillbegiven.PleaseseekanMG
AuthorisedRepairerattheearliestopportunity.AnSRS
orseatbeltfaultmaymeanthecomponentsmaynotbe
deployedintheeventofanaccident.
SeatBeltUnfastenedWarningLamp-Red
Thiswarninglightilluminatesandextinguishes
asalampcheckwhentheignitionisswitchedon.Ifa
seatbeltforthedriver’sorfrontpassengerseatremains
unfastened,thiswarninglightwillremainilluminated.If
theseatbeltfordriver’sorfrontpassengerseatremains
unfastenedoncethevehiclespeedhasexceeded15MPH
(25km/h),thewarninglampwillashaccompaniedbyan
audiblewarning.Thiswarningwillcontinueuntileitherthe
seatbeltisfastenedcorrectlyor90secondshaselapsed.
LowOilPressureWarningLamp-Red
Thiswarninglightilluminateswhentheignition
isswitchedonandextinguisheswhentheengineis
running.Ifthelightremainsonorilluminatescontinuously
whendriving,seriousenginedamagecouldoccur;stop
thevehicleassoonassafetypermitsandSWITCHOFF
THEENGINEIMMEDIATELY.Seekqualiedassistanceor
advicefromanMGAuthorisedRepairerbeforedriving.
