warning.PleaseseekanMGAuthorisedRepaireratthe
earliestopportunity.
LowOilPressureWarningLamp-Red
WiththeignitionswitchintheONposition,
thelampilluminatestoconductasystemself-checkand
extinguishesafterthevehicleisstarted.Ifthelampremains
ONafterstartingthevehicleorilluminatesduringdriving,
itindicatesthattheoilpressureisverylow,whichmay
resultinsevereenginedamage.Stopthevehicleassoon
assafetypermitsandswitchofftheengineimmediately.
Checktheoillevel.SeekanMGAuthorisedRepairerat
theearliestopportunity.
AlternatorMalfunctionIndicatorLamp-Red
WiththeignitionswitchintheONposition,
thelampilluminatestoconductasystemself-checkand
extinguishesafterthevehicleisstarted.Ifthelampremains
ONafterstartingthevehicleorilluminatesduringdriving,
pleaseseekanMGAuthorisedRepairerattheearliest
opportunity.
Ifthebatterypowerislow,thislampwillash,
accompaniedbyanaudiblewarning,pleaseruntheengine
inordertochargethebattery.
