Limit Switch
Bracket
Step 3:
A) Remove two screws from limit switch bracket.
B) Move limit switch bracket to access hub screws.

Be careful not to put stress on wire
harnesses when performing this step.
Step 4:
A) Remove four hub screws from upper base casting.
B) Press Base Down on hand / foot control to separate
the upper base casting from the lower base casting.
WARNING
The steps on this page require power to be connected to the
table. Avoid all contact with wiring & electrical components.

The table top / upper base is not secured once the
hub screws are removed. Hold onto the table when
