Changing Pre-programmed Exposure Settings
The Preva Dental X-ray System allows the operator to increase or decrease
image density for all presets for a receptor simultaneously or to change each
of the technique factors for a preset individually. The factory default settings
can also be restored. For charts of the factory default settings, refer to
Factory Default Exposure Settings on page 111 in the Preva User manual.
Note: If the 12” [30 cm] cone is going to be used, configure the Preva for
use with the 12cone before changing preprogrammed exposure
settings. Configuring the Preva for use with the 12cone will reset
exposure settings to the default settings used with the 12cone.
