Drive
DRIVE SYSTEM FAULT!
Program stop. Press start
button. Motor too hot.
Control registers that drive motor winding
overheating protection has cut out. Motor relay
K1/9 has been switched off. Control stops program
and gives fault indication. After winding has cooled
sufficiently, program can be restarted via START
button. If winding has not cooled sufficiently,
program cannot be restarted and fault indication
remains displayed.

Drive system fault for longer than 60 s. Flashing
display when tachogenerator fault occurs in
program with and without water in machine and
with door locked. Or drive motor jammed.
SAFETY TIME ACTIVE!

Tachogenerator fault during program stop or at
program end without water in machine. If
tachogenerator fault clears during safety time and
speed 0 rpm is registered, display reverts to
normal.
DRIVE SYSTEM
FAULT! Call Service
Department if restart does not

Data transfer interruption between control-power
module (SLT) and frequency converter (EFU) after
program start. Program stops after 15s. After a
further 60s drive motor stops if it is operating. Or
FU contactor contacts fused together so it cannot
be switched off. Or tachogenerator fault. Or motor
defective. Or EFU 235 defective.
DRIVE SYSTEM FAULT!
Call Service Department if
restart does not work. Use
emergency door release.
Safety time has elapsed and voltage interruption.
Imbalance fault! Call Service
Department if restart does not
work.
Displacement-sensitive imbalance switch S76 has
cut out.
Heating
HEATING SYSTEM FAULT!
Call Service Department if
restart does not work.
Program has exceeded safety time of 80 min in
heating phase.
HEATING SYSTEM FAULT!
Program stop. Press the start
button. Program can only run
without heat.
Control has registered an NTC sensor short or
open circuit after a program has started. If program
is continued, heating will not take place, actual
temperature display will not be shown and when
“Info” button is pressed, fault indication Actual
temperature: Fault will be displayed. Or during a
program an auxiliary contact, on machines with
electric heating, has caused heating-dry protection
to cut out. Or during a program heating phase one
or both heating contactors have not activated and
water has not heated sufficiently within 3 min.
