Touch the Temperature (°C) selection area.

Select the desired temperature from the pre-settings.
The display will change back to the Overview menu.
If you access the Finer adjustment selection area, you can set further
temperatures using direct entry within the available temperature
range.

Select the required value using the keypad.
Touch the OK symbol.
The display will change back to the Overview menu.
The temperature can only be selected within the given range of the
current setting, e.g.(14-90°C).
