Problem Possible cause and remedy
The following appears in
the display: F -Door lock
fault. You can continue by
pressing the “Start/Stop”
button.
The door is not locked properly. The door lock could not
engage.
Close the door again.
Start the programme again.
If the fault message appears again, contact Miele.
The display is dark and the
Start/Stop sensor is
flashing slowly.
The display has switched off automatically to save energy.
Touch any sensor. The display will switch on again.
The programme is in the
pre-start screen and the
Start/Stop sensor flashes.
The drum door is only ajar, but not correctly closed.
Check whether the drum door is closed correctly.
