Mirtone QuickStart Front Panel Programming Getting Started Guide 27
To create an output group
1. Choose Outputs > Add > Responses > Active.
2. From the Output Responses menu, choose Add.
3. From the Response Type menu, choose Relay.
A Relay here can be a dry contact (such as a GSA-CR) or a signal circuit.
4. Enter the address of the output device in the format CCDDD, then press Enter on the
panel.
For our example, the first output group we create is for the AH relays, so the first
relay could be address 01126 where 01 is the SLIC card address and 126 is the
GSA-CR relay address.
5. From the Response Relay menu, choose the rate at which you want the output to
operate.
For relays it’s usually just On, but for audible devices it could be On, 20 BPM, 120
BPM or Temporal. For strobes it must be On.
6. Save Edits.
7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for each output that is to be a part of this output group.
8. After entering the last device, choose Exit from the Output Group menu, then Save
Edits.
This brings you back to the Configure menu.
9. Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each output group needed.
