9. Program the device to the appropriate zone or output group as described earlier.
10. From the Configure menu, choose Exit, then Save and Sync.
The panel will go through its reboot process.
If mapping is enabled, after the panel has rebooted it will begin mapping, then display a
map fault when finished. To clear the map fault, follow the steps described earlier under
Clearing Map Fault.
Deleting devices
To delete a Signature device:
1. Physically remove the device from the addressable loop.
The panel will display a trouble for the missing device (and possibly a Map Fault if
mapping is enabled).
2. Press Menu on the panel, then log in.
3. Choose Program > Configure > Cards > Edit, then enter the address of the SLIC card
from which the device was removed.
4. From the SLIC menu, choose Config Detector (or Config Module).
5. Choose Delete, then enter the device’s address or serial number.
6. Choose Exit, then Save Edits.
7. Press Menu to return to the SLIC menu.
8. Choose Exit SLIC to return to the Configuration menu.
