is outside the range of 3E0H to 3E3H.
• The CPU module where the instruction cannot
be executed is specified.
• The instruction is executed in a single CPU
system.
• The host CPU is specified.
• The instruction is executed without setting the
"Use multiple CPU high speed communication".
