While the following message is displayed in
the multi information display, the EV priori-
ty mode cannot be used even if the EV
switch is pressed, a buzzer will sound.
NOTE

If you select warm air with the air condition-
er switch during driving in the EV priority
mode, the message will appear in the multi
information display. (except for vehicles
with electric heater)
l
In any of the situations listed below, the EV
priority mode will be automatically cancel-
led and the message will appear in the multi
information display.
•
When the remaining power in the drive
battery becomes low.
Charge the drive battery.
NOTE
•
When the vehicle speed of the cruise con-
trol or the ACC is set.
If you want to use the EV priority mode,
cancel the cruise control or the ACC.
•
When the drive battery temperature be-
comes too cold.
•
When the protecting device of the Plug-in
Hybrid EV System is operated.
