8-9-8 Checking the Fan Inverter for Damage at No Load
Items to be checked Phenomena Remedy
(1) Turn off breaker.
*Turn power off without fail.
1) Within 30 seconds from the start of
operation, an error other than a posi-
tion error (5305, 5306) (detail code
132) is detected.
Change fan board.
(2) Disconnect the connector CN-
INV from the fan board.
2) Less than 5V unbalance in the wir-
ing.
Change fan board.
(3) Set fan board switch SW1-1 to
ON.
3) No unbalanced voltage in the wiring.
After 30 second, detail code 132 is
produced and the system stops.
Normal
*After checking, return SW1&CN-
INV.
(4) Turn on breaker.
(5) Operate unit.
After about 30 seconds under
no load with constant voltage
output, the code below will be
displayed indicating a position
error (5305, 5306).
Detail code: 132
Also, running with no load pro-
duces constant voltage of
about 160V.
