12. Returning Your Unit for Service
If you wish to return your instrument for service, please follow these simple guidelines.
Contact your local MKS service facility to obtain a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number. We will
require some instrument details, such as the serial numbers, date of purchase and a fault description.
Fill in the relevant sections of the Health and Safety Returns Form below, or we can provide you with a
copy.
This form MUST accompany the instrument when returned, delays in providing this completed form will lead
to delays in the servicing of the instrument.
Securely package all items to be returned, using the original packaging where possible and send to the
address provided by the relevant service department.
