Why is the MKS Granville-Phillips Mini-Convectron 275 Measuring Instruments readout showing a different pressure?

If your MKS Measuring Instruments readout shows a pressure significantly different from other gauges, it might be due to the gas composition in your system differing from what you expect. This can occur due to selective gas pumping, the process being used, or outgassing. Identify the gas composition and then calibrate the Mini-Convectron Gauge Module, as described in Section 4.8. Alternatively, the gauge calibration might be incorrect. In that case, restore the factory calibration using the command: Service 32, Class hex 31, Instance 01. You can then re-calibrate the user calibration values if needed.
