4.3 Routine procedures
Procedure Frequency
Check door seals for deterioration. 6 months
Check door pivot bushes for wear. 12 months
Ensure that door catches are adjusted such that the door closes properly 12 months
Check that the element resistances are correct to their rating, or that they are drawing the
correct current.

Remove scaling from wet element. As required
Inspect door seal on door inside for wear and tear 6 months
Check door hinges for wear 12 months
Check that the element resistances are correct to their rating, or that they are drawing the
correct current.
