DANGER
CAUTION
Ensure the infeed is clear of all debris before transporting the
machine. Loose debris, especially debris in the infeed can dislodge
and cause damage to vehicles behind the towed chipper.
Function
The control bar actuator is used to reset the control bar when chipping
debris strikes the control bar and moves it into the neutral or reverse
position.
Use
1. Push the toggle on your remote up to activate. The actuator will
extend pushing the control bar into the Forward position engaging
the feed wheels.
2. Release the toggle. The actuator will retract.
Note: The control bar actuator can also be controlled by the feed engage
toggle on your optional tether remote control.
Maintenance
• Lubricate actuator per OEM instructions
Movement or placement of any part of the body inside the
infeed will result in dismemberment, mutilation, serious
injury, or death. Feed works will start suddenly if the actuator
button is pushed. Always keep all parts of the body (hands,
feet, head) outside the infeed.
