Introduction
ASTRO/R Radio Battery Only
1. Make sure your radio is turned
off.
2. Simultaneously squeeze inward
on the spring-loaded battery-
latch buttons and slide the U-
shaped battery-latch away
from the radio as far as it will
go (about 1/2 inch).
3. Pull the battery down and
away from the radio.
4. To replace the battery, position
the battery on the radio and
make sure that it is correctly
seated. Then, slide the U-
shaped battery-latch slide
toward the radio unit it
“clicks” into place.

REMOVE
