Level 1 and 2 Service Manual Disassembly
3. Flip the handset over and using a hand tool to insert from the left or right side, unlatch the
catches on the front housing cap, as shown in figure 5. Using a Torx driver with a T-5 bit,
remove the screws at each side of the phone. Retain the screws for reassembly.
4. Carefully rotate the rear housing away from the front housing and flip assembly.
5. Lift the rear housing assembly away from the phone.
