PRODUCT DESCRIPTION MS
TOPCASE CONTROL UNIT S4
It controls and regulates the electrostatics and the air supply
to the powder spray guns and the vibrator motor. The control
unit detects the connected gun type and switches, when
pressing the gun switch, automatically in the correspond-
ing Corona- or Tribo- modus. Any other use is considered
improper. The manufacturer is not liable for any resulting
damage, the risk lies by the user alone!
Function
The MS topcase Control Unit S4 can be operated with either
MS Corona or MS Tribo powder spray gun. The control
unit automatically detects which type of gun is attached.
The MS topcase S4 control unit is suitable for our new,
even for our old models.
It has the following features:
• Digital control with touch panel
• Basic programs, over 999 programs can be stored
• Automatic powder feed with dosage air
• Settings reproducibly
• Air regulation by MS proportional valves
• Processor-controlled high-voltage (kV u. UA) self-diagnosis
• Automatic change from Corona to Tribo
