OVERVIEW FRONT CORONA MODE
Setting the Feed Air
The feed air is used to adjust the amount of powder. The
more feed air is set, the more powder output is achieved.
Settings between 0.6 - 3.5 bar
PNEUMATIC SETTINGS
Setting the Dosage Air
The dosage air is used for setting the kinetic propulsion
of the powder cloud. If little amount of powder is desired,
the dosage air is set to be higher. (0.6 - 1.6 bar) If a lot
of powder output is desired, the dosage air is set to be
smaller. (0.2 - 0.6 bar)
Setting the Gun Air
The gun air is used to cool the electrode and for ven-
tilationofthebafeplate.
