Setting the High Voltage
With this, the high voltage of the gun can be adjusted.
Depending on the powder charging is set between 40 kV
to 80 kV.
Standard powder can be set with approximately 70 kV
Metallic powders are set about 50 - 60 kV.
Setting the Current Control
Thecurrentregulationhasagreatinuenceonthecharge
onthepowder.Asarule,littleelectricityisused.Approx-
imately 20 µA
In weakly chargeable powder, the amount of current must
set higher. In case of over coating or MDF coating, the
amountofcurrentcanbesetlow.Approximately8-10µA.
