There could be several reasons why the alarm is not working or failing on your MT Vision Monitor: * The alarm PIP setting may be incorrect. * Moving objects or barriers might be blocking the sensor. * Interference from light, thunder, infrared, or microwaves could be affecting the alarm. * The stored recording image may remain unchanged because the pyroelectric sensor's angle is wider than the camera's angle, causing the sensor to trigger outside the camera's view. * Objects may be moving through the recording area too quickly (less than 2 seconds). * The Fresnel shell might be dirty.
