4.7 Fuel treatment system – Switching on
Preconditions
☑The on-board power supply is switched on.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to engine/system.
Risk of severe damage to property!
• Before switching on, ensure that the engine/system is ready for operation.
• Before switching on, ensure that all housings are closed.
• Before switching on, ensure that no work is in progress anywhere on the entire system.
Fuel treatment system – Switching on
1. Carry out checks prior to start-up (→ Page 56).
2. Switch on master switch on switchgear cabinet.
Result: Signal lamp “Control voltage present” lights up.
3. Switch on switch for pump.
Result: Signal lamp “Pump running” lights up.
