Compatibility
Compatibility between terminal and job computer
If the following screen appears after starting the application, your terminal is not compatible with the
job computer. You need a different terminal to be able to work with the job computer.
The terminal can be incompatible with the job computer for the following reasons:
▪ The number of physical or virtual function icons is too low (less than 10).
▪ The terminal does not support the color depth of 256 colors.
▪ The resolution of the terminal is below 400x400 pixels.
