Change the oil in the vacuum pump

¾ Dispose of old oil properly.
¾ Fill the vacuum pump with new oil, see Section 7.5.2 "FILLING THE
VACUUM PUMP WITH OIL.".

¾ Switch off the machine.
¾ Disconnect the machine from the mains electricity.
¾ Empty the chamber completely.
¾ Close chamber lid and lock it in place.
¾ Unscrew the screws on both sides.
¾ Open housing.
