      To address a squeaking noise on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer that appears a few minutes into a workout, slightly loosen the pivot rod bolt until the noise goes away. White lithium grease can be applied for a temporary fix. You can also apply silicone lubricant to a dry cloth and wipe the rails to eliminate roller noise.

      If your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer isn't syncing workout results, ensure the machine is in Idle Mode by pressing the PAUSE/END button until the Power-Up Mode screen appears. Note that workouts shorter than 1 minute won't be saved. Try unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it. Verify that Bluetooth® is enabled on your device and that your device is compatible with the fitness app's specifications.

Verify that the cable from the left Upper Handlebar and the cables to the Console are secure and undamaged. If the magnets move, adjust them until they are within the proper range. If the Servo Motor is not functioning properly, replace it. If the issue persists, replace the MCB.

Also, check that the speed sensor is aligned with the magnet and connected to the data cable; realign the sensor if necessary, and replace it if damaged.

Also, check that the cables from the handlebars and the cable to the Console are secure and undamaged. Make sure your hands are centered on the HR sensors and kept still with relatively equal pressure applied to each side. A conductive electrode cream can help improve contact. If these steps don't work, the Static Handlebar should be replaced.

      To address a drive train click or tick noise on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer, disconnect the left and right foot assemblies and rotate the crank. If the sound persists, replace the crank/pulley assembly. If the sound does not come from the rotating crank, check the foot assemblies and upper/lower handlebars. Manually move the foot, leg, and handlebar assemblies to isolate the sound and replace the part making the noise. Also, tightly secure all hardware on the Stabilizers and the base of the Console Mast.
