  To address a squeaking noise on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer that appears a few minutes into a workout, slightly loosen the pivot rod bolt until the noise goes away. White lithium grease can be applied for a temporary fix. You can also apply silicone lubricant to a dry cloth and wipe the rails to eliminate roller noise.

Why won't my Nautilus Elliptical Trainer sync with Bluetooth?

  If your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer isn't syncing workout results, ensure the machine is in Idle Mode by pressing the PAUSE/END button until the Power-Up Mode screen appears. Note that workouts shorter than 1 minute won't be saved. Try unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it. Verify that Bluetooth® is enabled on your device and that your device is compatible with the fitness app's specifications.

  If the resistance on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer isn't changing, start by checking the console for any visible damage and replace it if necessary. Inspect the cable for any crimped or cut wires, and replace the cable if needed. Ensure the cable is securely connected and properly oriented, reseating all connections and making sure the small latch on the connector lines up and snaps into place. Verify that the cable from the left Upper Handlebar and the cables to the Console are secure and undamaged. If the magnets move, adjust them until they are within the proper range. If the Servo Motor is not functioning properly, replace it. If the issue persists, replace the MCB.

  If the console of your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer shuts off or enters sleep mode during use, ensure the unit is plugged into a functioning wall outlet and that the connection is secure and undamaged; replace the adapter or connection if necessary. Check the cable for any cut or crimped wires, replacing it if needed, and ensure the cable is securely connected and properly oriented, with the small latch on the connector lined up and snapped into place. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet for 3 minutes, then reconnect it. Verify that the magnet is in place on the pulley. Also, check that the speed sensor is aligned with the magnet and connected to the data cable; realign the sensor if necessary, and replace it if damaged.

  If your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer operates but the Contact HR is not displayed, ensure the cable is securely connected to the Console. Also, check that the cables from the handlebars and the cable to the Console are secure and undamaged. Make sure your hands are centered on the HR sensors and kept still with relatively equal pressure applied to each side. A conductive electrode cream can help improve contact. If these steps don't work, the Static Handlebar should be replaced.

  If the incline on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer isn't adjusting, first check the console for any visible damage and replace it if necessary. Also, make sure the Incline Adjuster Assembly is attached to the Incline Motor drive screw.

  If your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer operates but the Telemetric HR is not displayed, make sure the strap is "POLAR®" compatible and uncoded, placed directly against the skin, and the contact area is wet. If the strap has replaceable batteries, install new ones. Select the Edit User Profile option and ensure the WIRELESS HR setting is set to ON. Try moving the unit away from sources of interference like TVs or microwaves. If the issue persists, replace the strap or the Console.

How to troubleshoot clicking noise in Nautilus E618 drive train?

  To address a drive train click or tick noise on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer, disconnect the left and right foot assemblies and rotate the crank. If the sound persists, replace the crank/pulley assembly. If the sound does not come from the rotating crank, check the foot assemblies and upper/lower handlebars. Manually move the foot, leg, and handlebar assemblies to isolate the sound and replace the part making the noise. Also, tightly secure all hardware on the Stabilizers and the base of the Console Mast.

  If the fan on your Nautilus Elliptical Trainer won't turn on or off, check that all wires in the cable are intact and replace the cable if any are cut or crimped. Ensure the cable is securely connected and oriented properly, making sure the small latch on the connector lines up and snaps into place. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet for 3 minutes, then reconnect it.
