Error Message
When an error such as operation failure or a malfunction of the machine occurs, the buzzer will beep, and an
error message will be indicated on the Main display or the Print /Encode Unit display.
If the same error occurs repeatedly, please contact your distributor.
Error during standby
An error code is indicated on the Main display when a sensor is defective while standby or the machine is not
ready for starting operation.
You can check the error message on display and the PC screen either.
Error Message Details and Countermeasures
CV301 Lock error Detect electric lock anomaly on Front Cover.
CV302 Unlock err Detect electric unlock anomaly on Front Cover.
CV401 Front Detect Front Cover is open(during standby).
＜Close the cover to clear the error＞
CV402 Top / Side Detect Top / Right side door is open(during waiting).
＜Close the cover to reset the error＞
CV512 Sensor err Detect cover sensor anomaly.
＜Power OFF and ON＞
EJ101 Card full Out Stacker is full.
＜Open Front Cover and pick up the cards.＞
IH512 Sensor err Detect In Hopper sensor error.
＜Power OFF and ON＞
RJ101 Card full Reject unit is full by cards.
＜Open Front Cover and pick up the cards.＞
SY221 Fan1 error Detect abnormality of Cooling Fan.
