：CID ＝ 214-555-1212、Agent Extension number ＝ 100
Group1 Agent = 100 (Busy)/101 (Idle)/102 (Idle)
1. Receive ACD incoming call to Group1 from originator (214-555-1212).
2. ACD call goes to Agent 100.
