2. Connect the mouse cable connector to the key-
board/mouse port on the system.

3. Press the Suspend button again to resume Active mode
on the NEC Versa.

that came with your docking station.
External Bar Code Scanner
You can use an external bar code scanner with a PS/2-style
connector with your NEC Versa 4000 using the Plug and
Play feature. You can still use the system keyboard while a
scanner is connected.
To connect a bar code scanner, follow the instructions
under “External Keyboard.”
