Distribution Diskette Creator
This utility lets you create diskette copies of the system
software that comes loaded on your NEC Versa 4000. Store
the diskettes in a safe place in case you ever need to reload
the system.
Setup Utility
The Setup utility automatically configures your NEC Versa
each time you start it up. This utility that is not accessible
from Windows. To change start-up settings, you can access
the utility when the screen displays the following prompt at
boot-up:
Press <F2> to enter SETUP

Using Setup
The Setup utility automatically configures your NEC Versa
each time you start it up. This utility also lets you change
your system start-up settings.
Use the Setup utility as follows:
1. Reboot your system. When the screen displays the fol-
lowing prompt at boot-up, press
F2.
Press <F2> to enter SETUP
2. When the setup utility is displayed, use the left and right
cursor arrows to move between the setup categories in
the menu bar.
For example, press the right arrow to move from Main
to Peripherals to Security. Press the left arrow to move
from Security back to Peripherals.
