6 Starting up the PRIMUS 2 HVA2N
6.1 Install or set up laser for use
The laser can be installed or set up in a horizontal or vertical position depen-
ding on the use situation.
Horizontal on tripod Set up horizontally
Set laser to working height HORIZONTAL laser projection
Use integrated spirit level to align laser
Vertically on tripod Set up vertically
Set laser VERTICAL laser projection
CAUTION!
Unevenness, soft surfaces and vibrations impair the stability of the laser or tripod.
f When installing/setting up the laser, ensure it has a safe, firm foothold.
NOTE
The cap with the axis markings is pushed
on. If the cap has been removed, it must be
pushed on as shown to the right, with the X
and Y axes pointing in the right direction.
