3. Swipe left or right on the viewfinder to display the list of shooting modes.
6. 2 Take a photo
1. On the Home screen, tap Camera.
2. Pinch two fingers together or spread them apart on the viewfinder to find the area you want.
3. Tap to switch between the front camera and rear camera.
4. Tap or press Volume button to take a photo.
6. 3 Record a video
1. Open Camera.
2. Swipe the screen left or right to switch to VIDEO mode, frame the scene you want to capture,
tap any part of the viewfinder to focus on the corresponding area, and lock the exposure and
focus by touching and holding the screen. To adjust the focal length, pinch two fingers together
or spread them apart on the viewfinder.
3. Tap to switch between the front camera and rear camera.
4. Tap or press the Volume button, or press and hold your fingerprint sensor to start a video
recording. Tap
to pause the recording and tap to continue the recording. Tap on the
screen during recording to save the current scene as a photo.
5. Tap
or press the Volume button, or press and hold your fingerprint sensor to stop and save
the recording.
6. 4 Shooting modes
Your phone features a variety of different camera modes for different shooting scenarios.
TIME-LAPSE
Make an accelerated video of a slow-changing scene. For example, you can record the opening of
a flower or the movement of clouds.
1. Swipe the screen left or right to switch to TIME-LAPSE mode. Tap to view the details about
TIME-LAPSE mode.
2. Tap to switch between the front camera and rear camera.
3. Tap to display flash mode’s three options and select a flash mode, and tap
to set time-
lapse as 1s, 2s, 5s or 10s.
4. Tap the screen to focus on an object or area. Then tap or press the Volume button, or press
and hold your fingerprint sensor to start recording.
5. Tap or press the Volume button, or press and hold your fingerprint sensor to end the
recording.
SLOW-MOTION
Record videos in slow motion to enjoy fast moving scenes in detail, such as falling water droplets
or dance moves.
1. Swipe the screen left or right to switch to SLOW-MOTION mode. Tap to view the details
about SLOW-MOTION mode.
2. Tap to display flash mode’s three options and select a flash mode.
