Installing Batteries
1. Press the battery compartment latch and remove the
battery access door.
2. Install four alkaline "C size batteries, oriented as in
Figure 3. Replace the battery access door.
Note: Do not use rechargeable batteries. The low battery
indications and battery life specification would be
inaccurate.

Installing Protective Boot
To maximize durability, Nellcor recommends keeping the
N-207N-20P in its protective boot during use.
1. Slide the N-20/N-20P into the boot, bottom end first.
2. Stretch the top of the boot slightly to slide it over the top of
the instrument.
