ou (c) le Produit Garanti n'est pas utilise conformement aux
instructions d'utilisation de Nellcor.
Si le Produit Garanti presente un defaut, Nellcor sera
responsable detout dommage corporel ou de deces d'une
personne physique, ou de degats materiels dans toute la
mesure ou cette responsabihte est prevue par la lois
s'appliquant aux industries en general et notamment a la
categorie de produit a laquelle appartient le Produit Garanti.

SUBSTITUE EXPRESSEMENT A TOUTE GARANTIE
ORALE OU IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS - MAIS NON
EXCLUSIVEMENT - TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE DE
VALEUR VENALE OU D'UTILISATION REPONDANT A UN
OBJECTIF PARTICULIER. NELLCOR NE SAURAIT ETRE
TENU POUR RESPONSABLE DE TOUT DEGAT, PERTE,
FRAIS FORTUITS, SPECIAUX OU INDIRECTS (Y
COMPRIS, MAIS NON EXCLUSIVEMENT, MANQUE A
GAGNER) DECOULANT DIRECTEMENT OU
INDIRECTEMENT DE LA VENTE, DE L'IMPOSSIBILITE
DE VENTE, DE L'USAGE OU DE LA PERTE DE TOUT
PRODUIT NELLCOR.
