The correct use of the gears makes NEOX more ecient. When setting o and riding
uphill, you should use lower gears. Only use a higher gear if the route and speed permit
it. For eective gear shifting refer to the chapter “F.811 Gears” in this manual.
Rolling resistance can be minimised with the correct tyre pressure. A tip: regularly check
the tyre pressure and always ride with your tyres at the maximum permitted pressure.
motor poWer levels on the display
Monitor the power levels of the motor on the display and adjust your riding accordingly.
A long bar means that the energy consumption is high. Always keep the bar as short as
possible given the conditions of the route, selecting the most appropriate gear possible
and pedalling at a “steady” rate
Do not worry if the arrival of cold weather has a negative eect on the performance
of your NEOX. When the temperature drops, the battery performance decreases due
to the increase in electrical resistance. In winter, it is normal for the autonomy of the
bicycle to be reduced.
