For ideal height of the saddle is the dis-
tance between the seat of the saddle and
the pedal in the lowest position. The ide-
al height of the saddle is when, with your
foot resting on the pedal in the lowest
position, the knee is slightly bent, almost
fully extended.
The saddle is secured with two screws (A) which allow forward/backward (A1) adjust-
ments to be made and the inclination (A2) to be adjusted. You will need an Allen key
and a torque wrench with a 5mm Allen key attachment.
